Golf is an outdoor sport that harmonizes with our beautiful natural surroundings. At RocketGolf already RocketGolf to protecting the environment in our personal lives. So we asked ourselves how we could make our online store even more sustainable—without compromising on quality for our customers. We’re doing our best to make the shipping of your order as sustainable as possible and are implementing the following measures, among others:

Better shipping

GoGreen with DHL for every package

We pay a few cents more to DHL, which allows us to offer carbon-neutral shipping. In turn, DHL uses these CO2 emissions offsets to support climate protection projects. We receive an annual certificate detailing the emissions saved. This service applies to both domestic and international shipments.

Reuse of used cardboard boxes

We have always reused “slightly used” cardboard boxes, and our customers are increasingly accepting this practice. We hope this trend will continue to gain traction. We recycle unusable cardboard boxes into packing material.

Paper instead of plastic as packing material

We have already optimized our boxes to the point where we can usually ship them without any packing material at all. If we do need some, we don’t use bubble wrap or similar materials, but rather paper padding to protect against damage during shipping.

Paperless

Paperless Invoice Delivery

We have always shipped our packages without paper documents. The invoice and delivery confirmation are sent directly via email and do not need to be printed.

Paperless Accounting

Our entire office has always been paperless, and our accounting department operates entirely digitally as well. Unfortunately, we still occasionally receive paper invoices, which we then scan. However, whenever possible, we actively try to avoid this.

Avoiding plastic

No more plastic shipping bags

If we do have to use plastic packaging for certain products, we use EcoBags made from recycled film.

No more plastic tape

We have always used paper adhesive tapes made from 60% bio-based material. The roll core is made from 100% recycled cardboard.
