As an online-only store, we have an office and warehouse in beautiful Lower Bavaria and do not typically welcome walk-in customers. Our focus is on shipping orders, but demand has risen so sharply recently that we have come up with the following solutions for specific cases:
– In-store pickup – this is possible; we partner with a nearby retail store. This would need to be arranged via email or WhatsApp.
– Testing products (1) – Since most of our products are designed for use on the golf course, we can only offer limited testing opportunities (see 2 and 3). We do our best to provide all the information online so that you can get a good idea of our products before making a purchase. And if you’re not satisfied with the product, you can always return it.
– Try out our products (2) – At the nearby Rottaler Golf Club, which is always worth a visit, you can try out our golf lasers and golf watches during your round for a small fee and even purchase them. We recommend calling ahead.
Yes! All of our devices are officially permitted in tournaments. They comply with R&A and DGV regulations. The rule states that only permitted functions may be used in tournaments and competitions. For some models, this means that Slope mode must be turned off. Learn more.
Many unnecessary costs are incurred along the way from the factory to the end customer. We offer our products directly from the factory exclusively through our website. This means we operate very efficiently and there are no high intermediary markups. We pass these cost savings on to our customers, which is how we’re able to offer these fair prices.
Nevertheless, we are a German company that adheres to quality control and standards. On Amazon, many devices that do not meet adequate safety standards are sold directly by Asian retailers. German authorities have even identified counterfeit safety certificates. This poses safety risks.

That's right! The numerous customer reviews speak for themselves. And we wouldn't sell our golf lasers if we weren't 100% convinced of their quality. We use our products ourselves (in the Bundesliga) and pay very close attention to quality. Our customers' feedback speaks for itself: here.
We are a German company that adheres to quality control and standards. Our lasers have been tested by the Product Safety and Market Surveillance Departmentin accordance with the Product Safety Act. Our golf lasers are officially rated IPX4 for water resistance. Since this is an electronic device, it should not be submerged in water. Rain or fog are not a problem. Additionally, electronic devices should not be exposed to freezing temperatures or prolonged exposure to cold, damp conditions, such as when stored in a golf cart shed over the winter. This can cause damage.
Our golf lasers use a complex algorithm. Equipped with the FlagFinder —which includes a vibration feature—and in combination with Scan Mode, locating the flag should be no problem, even at distances over 300 meters. However, there are a few natural factors that can make measuring difficult. We’ve created a brief guide with solutions for these situations.
Tips for UseYou can turn the FlagFinder on and off by briefly pressing the Mode button. We recommend keeping the FlagFinder activated at all times while on the golf course. You’ll know it’s on when a small flag appears on the display.
You can choose to display measurements in meters or yards. Since there are different models, there is no one-size-fits-all answer. The procedure is described in the user manual.
Slope mode works as follows:
The top of the display shows the direct distance to the target (as the crow flies). You can see this even when Slope is turned off. When Slope is turned on, a second distance reading appears at the bottom: the actual distance you need to play.
Here’s an example: You’re facing a downhill par 3 and measure 100 meters to the flag as the crow flies. Since it’s downhill, you’ll likely use a club one or two irons shorter than usual, because the actual playing distance is only 85 meters. Our laser calculates this in a matter of seconds and displays it as a second reading at the bottom. This is a real help on hilly courses. But be careful: this feature must be turned off during tournaments.

Our golf watches check the time via GPS at regular intervals and adjust automatically. If the time differs by +/- 1 hour, this indicates that daylight saving time is in effect. You can enable or disable daylight saving time under Settings > Time > Daylight Saving Time.

Our golf watches are officially IPX7 water-resistant. However, since they are electronic devices, they should still be used with care in water. In addition, electronic devices should not be exposed to freezing temperatures or prolonged exposure to cold, damp conditions, such as being stored in a caddie shed over the winter.
