How are ratings determined?

Customers and users of our products can leave a product review under the respective product. This is very important to us and to future customers, as we take constructive criticism seriously. The shop software automatically verifies the authenticity of reviews by marking them as “verified customer” if that customer has also placed an order in our shop. However, our products can also be purchased through other marketplaces such as Amazon or Otto, so those users can also leave a review here in the shop. These reviews, however, are not marked as verified.
