The Golf Shield is manufactured in Europe by a specialist company. The sewn-in, special nanofiber membrane covers the nose and mouth area and blocks 99.9% of all viruses and bacteria. With its exceptional flexibility, it offers excellent breathability, elasticity, and moisture-wicking properties. It can also be worn like a scarf while playing golf and pulled up for protection when needed (e.g., in the clubhouse).

Dust, smog, or allergens—none of them can penetrate the membrane

Its exceptional flexibility and elasticity make it suitable for a wide range of activities: golf, yoga, jogging, hiking, skiing, horseback riding, fishing, hunting, and more. Some customers use it while cycling to protect against smog, and people with allergies wear it while jogging during the pollen season.
The specially adapted tubular design, the built-in nose clip, and the adjustable strap at the back prevent pressure points and headaches. The Golf Shield is washable, and the filter does not need to be replaced.

How does the Golf Shield work?

The filter membrane, which is sewn into the section that covers the wearer’s nose and mouth, is a key component of every R-Shield antiviral scarf. This membrane consists of an extremely dense network of strong nanofibers. This combination of features can block even the smallest solid and liquid particles in the air. Furthermore, it works in both directions.

How do you choose the right size?

You no longer need to measure your head to choose the right size! Thanks to the adjustable strap on the back, you can adjust the size. The adjustable nose clip also ensures that the air you breathe flows through the nanofiber membrane.

How to Care for Your Golf Shield

Wash your Golf Shield separately in the washing machine at 30°C on the delicate cycle using only detergent. Do not use fabric softener, bleach, or harsh detergents. Do not spin or scrub. Do not tumble dry. Hang the Shield to dry for 12–24 hours.

Do not sterilize the Shield with ozone or a UV lamp; do not put it in the microwave; do not iron or steam it; and do not expose it to high temperatures. Otherwise, there is a risk of permanently damaging the nanofilter and reducing its effectiveness.
