18 exercises for the tee shot
After selling more than 10,000 copies of "My Golf Training - 30 Exercises for Effective Training", author and golf journalist Timo Schlitz has teamed up with PGA professional Fabian Bünker to design comprehensible training plans for the tee. Because there is a lot of catching up to do when it comes to driving: Too many amateurs think that long tees are only possible with the right figure and a lot of power. However, a look at the tour reveals that even comparatively small and very slim players beat a powerful drive. It's about technique, rhythm and hitting the sweet spot (right in the middle of the club head). Precision is also required. Because only tees that land on the fairway roll out wide and offer the best starting situation for the next shot. These different aspects are taken up in "Besser Driven - 18 exercises for teeing off".
