The new second generation of the Par.4 offers a number of improvements and innovations. For example, we have completely redesigned the back of the watch case and further simplified charging. As you are being relatively harsh on us, we would like to make it clear that we have exchanged the defective watch as a gesture of goodwill, even though we were unable to detect a production fault. The fault in your watch can occur if it is not charged properly. As this now also appears to be the case with the second watch, we suspect that an unauthorized and excessively powerful charging adapter was used, which is damaging the battery. Your RocketGolf Team
