The ES Tour Plus was relaunched in 2021 and is a high-end device with high-quality technology for golfers and professionals with the highest demands at a fair price. After a lot of research, I opted for the ES Tour Plus a month ago and have no regrets. The measurement results are really good, I was even surprised how good. It can display all curves well, whether draw or fade, it's really fun.
One star is deducted for the initial phase. You shouldn't unpack the appliance and get started. You have to pay attention to a few things and you should read through the instructions and tips, as other reviewers have written before me. But what's great is that the store sends you an email with all the tips and videos to help you get started. I would add another half star for this, but I can only give whole stars here. Tough luck :-)
Training is really fun with this thing and I'm thinking about getting some gaming software soon and taking Augusta National apart :-). My fingers are already tingling.

I've had the ES Tour Plus for a year now and I'm satisfied. I recently bought the TGC software and have been playing all the well-known PGA courses ever since. Augusta, Sawgrass etc.. It's great fun, especially when the tournament is on TV at the same time.
Every now and then a stroke is not recorded, which is due to the fact that the TP is somewhat sensitive and you need to have some understanding of the technology. However, it delivers very good data, much better than the competition. BTW with the competition with a pure camera system, it happens even more often that a ball is not recognized.
For the price, you get a very good simulator, which is also constantly being improved by updates. Half a point deducted for sensitivity.

I have recently started using my toy. Assembly, installation and pairing are as described by golflaser. Please note that Windows 10 is a prerequisite, nothing worked with Windows 7. I found everything as described in the booklet.
Ball detection as described by my previous reviewer, logo should be clear and straight - Callaway, Crane and a few others are not recognized by the ES16, I had to sort them out.
Even the free app with its wealth of information helped me right from the start and gave me new ideas. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio is right, especially with golflaser. In any case, I am very satisfied.

I was recently able to compare the ES16 Tour Plus with a Trackman and was very surprised at how good the ES is. The values and trajectory of the ES seemed more realistic to me. In terms of feel, the fade, draw and length were very good, but not so much with the Trackman. Maybe one of the settings wasn't right, we don't know. Nevertheless, you have to look at the price difference of €15,000.
You have to pay attention to the camera. It is sensitive and you should use balls with a logo. But then it works well.
What's also a lot of fun is playing on the best courses in the world. We played TGC and it works really well with the ES. Every now and then you have to repeat a shot because the ball hasn't been captured, but that's the case with every monitor.
